My name is Viacheslav Muratov, and I am currently pursuing my PhD at the University of Gdansk, under the mentorship of Prof. Tomasz Puzyn. My research is focused on computational nanotoxicology, specifically the prediction of transcriptomic responses following nanomaterial exposure in pulmonary systems. The goal of my work is to provide novel insights into potential risks associated with nanomaterials, thus contributing to safer nanotechnological applications.

Understanding the complexity and interdisciplinary nature of today’s scientific challenges, I am passionate about bridging the gap between sophisticated machine learning methodologies and researchers from diverse backgrounds.
